The classroom was the entry point where these two speakers were awarded the opportunity to teach young people to dream bigger than they could possibly achieve. Vincent & Brian were not your traditional conservative teachers. Everything about them were animated, charismatic, and over the top. Their classes were so academically romantic that students began to fall in love with learning. Their teaching style an unconventional method of making the subject matter come alive was so appealing and compelling that students began to take ownership of their learning.
Their influence and presence was so magnetic that students began to seek their counsel and mentorship concerning life application. It was during this time that Vincent and Brian began to flirt with the idea of Speaking Industry. This thought began to grow wings and take flight when Brian and Vincent were entertaining the thought of how to help solve the black on black crisis in Chicago. It was at that critical moment that Brian stated, “When children don’t shoot for their dreams, they shoot each other.” It was that statement that legitimized Be inVINCEable (FOLLOW YOUR DREAM) an motivational speaking organization dedicated to empowering young people to Shatter People’s Perception of What is Possible.

Vincent is creating seismic change in the school community with his creative style and high energetic messages. His songs and acrobatic messages continue to impact students, business personalities and leaders alike. Drawing from his own personal experience, he knows what it means to have low self-esteem, the absence of his biological father, scholastic struggles, and various other obstacles. Vincent allows his life to be an “open book” from which radiates dynamic inspiring messages that relate to people around the world. While they typical undergraduate student takes between four years to complete their studies, Vincent took 6. Don’t laugh at it LEARN from it. For Vincent, this was the springboard from which his academic success would be launched.
Vincent is the epitome of hustle, drive, determination, and success. He is best described as the MASTER STORYTELLER. A tireless educator, author, and jingle writer. Vincent encourages his audience to look within to extract the keys that underlie all accomplishments. Vincent’s tenacity and drive are the perfect example of his philosophy.

Lastly, Vincent is a graduate of Benedictine University where he received his B.A. (Major: Special Education & Minor: Psychology & Philosophy) and M.A. from Governor State University in Educational Leadership.

Brian C. Kizer is an author, speaker, businessman and writer known corporately as “The Farmer”. Brian has planted the seed of thought that has induced change in the lives of many. His transparency and ability to relate to others by serving his story of hope and overcoming challenges that ubiquitously plague our youth, has made him an impactful personality, force and powerhouse. Drawing from his own personal experience as they relate to low self-esteem, identity crisis, the alienated relationship with his biological father and academic struggles, Brian allows his wounds of life to be the healing rewards for others. Once a former college dropout Brian knows well that resilience, consistency, and discipline are the keys that will expose your superpower and cause individuals to live from the inside out. Brian gleans his inspiration from his grandmother who was immensely ambitious and possessed the heart of a hustler and his mother a former CPS principal, elite strategist, and thinker. Brian C. Kizer has been referred to as a “brainchild” and a thought leader. His goal is to add some level of contribution to the overall elasticity of thought through which we derive a better understanding of what we can do next to influence change that will ultimately change the world.
